Questions

What information do I need to submit a request?

Just a brief overview of your situation, your country of residence, and what you are looking to resolve. No financial documents are needed at this stage — the form is designed to take five minutes or less.

What is the difference between the US and international pathways?

The US pathway is specifically for American citizens and Green Card holders living abroad, who face additional compliance complexity — FATCA, FBAR, IRA and 401(k) cross-border treatment, and PFIC considerations. The international pathway covers all other expat households, including British expats with UK pensions, offshore savings, or multi-jurisdiction financial ties.

What happens after I submit my request?

Every submission is manually reviewed by a person. We assess your situation for fit, jurisdiction, and compliance before any introduction is considered. If suitable, we identify a specialist from our network and make a single, deliberate introduction — typically within 2–5 working days.

Is there any cost to request an introduction?

There is no fee to use the service. Specialists pay a referral fee if an engagement proceeds — you pay nothing for the introduction itself.
