About Pharos Introductions
Pharos Introductions was built for people whose financial lives refuse to fit inside one country. We organise the context, assess the fit, and make the introduction - then step back entirely.
The problem
You have a pension in a country you left a decade ago. Savings in one currency, income in another. A tax situation that crosses three jurisdictions. You have done the research - and every adviser you find either does not understand the complexity, is not regulated where you live, or treats you like a domestic client with an inconvenient postcode.
“The problem is not that the right specialist does not exist. It is that nobody has built a reliable way to reach them.”
Our purpose
Most expats arrive at the financial question with no map. The products are unfamiliar. The jurisdictions overlap. The advisers are local. You are making cross-border decisions with single-country guidance.
Pharos was built to be that fixed point. Not to advise - we are not authorised to and we never will be. But to organise the context, assess the fit, and connect you with someone who is genuinely qualified to help.
We connect. We step back. The specialist takes it from there. That clarity of role - introducer only, human review, no auto-forwarding - is the foundation everything else is built on.
How we select
The specialists we introduce are assessed against four criteria before any introduction is made. All four must be met.
Authorised and in good standing with the relevant regulator for their jurisdiction and service type. Non-negotiable.
A demonstrable track record advising clients with multi-jurisdiction complexity - not domestic clients with occasional overseas exposure.
The right specialism for the client brief - pension, protection, tax, mortgage - not a generalist stretched beyond their expertise.
Firms that treat compliance as a standard, not a formality. No grey-area products. No aggressive sales culture.
Who we connect you with
We do not make introductions outside of this. Regulatory standing is the first criterion - and the non-negotiable one.
Advisers authorised under the Mauritius Financial Services Commission for investment advice and insurance brokerage across applicable jurisdictions.
Advisers authorised under the Insurance Companies Control Service (ICCS) for insurance brokerage, and under the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC/MiFID II) for applicable investment services.

Our principles
Every submission is read by a person. Fit and compliance cannot be assessed by automation.
We do not give advice, manage money, or follow up on your behalf. Our role ends at the introduction.
Your details are never automatically forwarded. An introduction only happens after deliberate, manual approval.
Take the first step
Tell us about your situation. We will review it personally and, if there is a suitable specialist match, make the introduction.
